Some good news: I passed the Organic Chemistry re-sit! Very happy with that, it means I won't have to do the course again next year :D

As for the pain issues, I think there's improvement. The sleeping goes a bit better, mostly in that the period between sleeping is getting less. Sitting in one position, like at lectures, is still annoying, and there's still a nagging pain in my leg and sometimes the back of the knee, but I definitely think there's been improvement. Let's hope that lasts. Also saw a new physiotherapist today, after the old one told me that he'd done everything he could and was going to send me to one who knew more about the spin. New one is at same centre as old one, so that's handy. New one did a lot more spine-stretching and pulling than the old did, and I felt something crack, which was supposed to happen, so let's hope that helped.

And GUTS' performance of the Complete Works of Shakespeare, Abridged yesterday evening also went very well. The audience loved it and laughed a lot, pretty much all seats were taken, and we got loads of money. A success overall! And tonight and tomorrow night look good audience-wise as well.

Bones Wallpaper (from The Verdict in the Story)
I loved The Verdict in the Story.  (Now Wannabe, on the other hand, I did not love, but that's a story for another post.) Anyway, I made a wallpaper for the diner scene.

Hey, you know what?
Supernatural may be over for the season.

And we may have well over 100 days until the next episode.

But this summer?

We have comic books! One per month.

Not anywhere near the same as actual episodes of Show.

But, at least it's something.

(See [info]spn_origins for more!)

Harold was drinking a cup of tea and watching The Bill when the Second Coming occurred. He was somewhat disgruntled because the light was sudden and paid no attention to something so scientifically absurd as atoms – it shone straight through his wall, through his skin, reflecting off nothing, simply being. The light just was.

Harold got up, and switched off the television. Such trivialities wouldn't matter anymore.

The divine knowledge hit a second or two after the light. Harold was an atheist, though hadn't much thought on the subject since the death of his Protestant mother and tolerant father. It was simply a word that he filled out on forms now and then, rather than a concrete belief. Still, he became aware – in the exact instant that the entirety of earth's people knew it too – that the Messiah had come. "Ah," Harold said.

There weren't any protests or denials... )

Joss Whedon's stalled Wonder Woman used as an example of DC's cinematic frustration.

"I'll bet the DC people were crying when that fell apart."

An article exploring the success of Marvel's superhero movies and the frustration of DC to have to work through the politics of its parent company - Warner Bros.

"Warner Bros. was able to get Joss Whedon at the helm—AND THEN THEY REJECTED HIS SCRIPT! Joss Whedon of Firefly, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and more!" Littler wrote in an email. "I'll bet the DC people were crying when that fell apart."

MANIPULATION - Doctor Who - 10th Doc - Bondage
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh I had my fun with this one.
Last weekend I search my bondage folder for bases and opened several, this one was one of those that I looked and thought 'great pose but I`ll never find a head to match that one'. So I let it open at my PS and started with others and while looking  some DW caps I found this great capture. I could not believe my eyes.
Perfect expression.
I had to remake the hair so I used Intant Hair and Lully Locks, so it is wild like he is struggling.
So I present to you my new sex slave.
Just click at the doll to get it.
FB is love.

Dear Manager,
If you don't stop whistling - incidentally, it's not whistling, what you are doing is technically classed as 'blowing' - Suzie's going to have to choke a bitch, m'kay?

Dwangela Office finale spam.

how did we end up here? On her desk.

@ my livejournal.

A small picspam* of The Office season finale that aired last night. Primarily concerning Dwangela.

I would like to think of this as interactive XD because I have no real theories of my own.
